In the face of societal crises, shrinking support structures and a shifting cultural sector, this questionnaire sets out to map the needs and initiatives of artists in an open, horizontal way—to revive agency and strengthen emancipating, mobilising connections. Your responses will form the basis for discussion at gatherings planned from March 2026 onwards, at the crossroads of the arts and civic engagement. Our goals: to expand collective imagination and weave a resilient network of communities.
