In the face of societal crises, disappearing structures, and changes in the cultural sector, this questionnaire proposed by Culture Contagions aims to identify, in a horizontal way, the needs and initiatives of cultural actors. The goal is to initiate or revive agency and strengthen emancipatory and mobilizing connections within communities.

Responses will serve as a basis for discussions during meetings planned from March 2026, at the intersection of arts and citizenship, taking into account the specificities of sectors, individuals, and resources.

Objectives: to open collective imaginations and weave a resilient, supportive network of cultural communities.
